The rules for using Meridian, operated by Localize Partners. By creating an account you agree to them.
Meridian is currently free to use. Access is granted on request: you ask, we review, and we open an account. We may decline a request without giving a reason, and we may withdraw access if these terms are broken.
Your account is for you and your organisation. Do not share credentials.
We may introduce paid plans in future. If we do, we will not start charging for an existing free account without notice and your agreement.
Meridian produces AI-assisted analysis over a curated dataset of Saudi programmes, buyers, partners and localization mechanics. Figures and statements are shown with their sources so you can check them, and confidence is labelled rather than implied.
It is decision support, not professional advice. It is not legal, tax, investment or regulatory advice, and it does not replace due diligence on a counterparty or a lawyer's reading of a licence requirement.
AI output can be wrong. Where we cannot source a figure, the platform says so rather than estimating — but you remain responsible for verifying anything you act on, especially before committing capital or signing.
A partner appearing in your shortlist is not a recommendation by us as agent, and we hold no referral relationship with any organisation listed. Where the platform names a specialist, it points to a public directory entry, not an introduction we broker.
You keep all rights in the company information you enter. We do not claim ownership of it.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your profile, to send it for AI analysis, and to show the results back to you.
You confirm that you are entitled to provide the information you enter and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights or an obligation of confidence.
Do not attempt to access another user's data, probe or circumvent the platform's access controls, or use automated means to extract the curated dataset in bulk.
Do not resell or redistribute the platform's output as your own market-intelligence product.
Do not use Meridian for any unlawful purpose, including any use that would breach sanctions or export-control rules applicable to you.
Usage limits apply so that one account cannot exhaust shared capacity. We may adjust them.
The platform is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It is an early-stage product and it will change.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising from your use of Meridian or from decisions taken on the basis of its output.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using Meridian at any time and ask us to delete your account and data at TODO — contact@yourdomain.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of TODO — governing jurisdiction.
