CEER's supplier list points to process partnerships
CEER's supplier announcements give an overseas component manufacturer a useful starting point for partner research in Saudi Arabia.
In February 2026, CEER named MoUs with KK Nag for expanded polypropylene and AITS for HVAC localization, both in collaboration with APICO Balubaid Group. Those details identify the processes around which partnerships are being formed.
For a manufacturer considering a Saudi foam or HVAC operation, the next step is to investigate how the proposed local work is divided. Which partner will own the tooling? Where will production and product validation take place? An answer could change the scope of the facility you need to build.
The announcement does not establish that these operations are producing today, or that another supplier can join the arrangements. Treat the names as a starting point for technical due diligence.
A partner shortlist becomes more useful when it connects your process requirements to a specific proposed local capability.
